Our mission — “Who are we”?

Our business involves the area of complex engineering construction project management based on the extensive record of nuclear project implementation, it creates a stakeholder value and ensures achievement of its objectives on the Russian and international markets.

Our vision — “Where are we moving?”

We seek to establish a competitive business that is successful in implementation of construction projects and complex engineering construction management projects and is focused on the shareholder value maximization.

Our values:

In 2014 ROSATOM formulated common corporate values. There are six of them: “One step ahead”, “Responsibility for the Result”, “Efficiency”, “One Team”, “Respect” and “Safety”. They are explained by the following statements:

The Engineering Division values comply with these of the Rosatom State Corporation and aim to discharge the mission and maintain the sustainable growth.

The Strategic Goals of the Engineering Division

The Strategic Goals of the Engineering Division were adopted in 2014 within the framework of approval of the Activities Strategy until the year of 2030.
