Tasks and functions
• Work with documents, registration of contractual obligations, procurement procedures, currency control, bank operations (bank receipts, accounting, naming, working with spreadsheets, mailing)
• Sending comments on documents to responsible persons
• Controlling contractual activity
• Interaction with the management
Requirements
• Graduated from faculty of economics of a public or a well-established private university
• One year working experience with financial documents
• Good office PC skills, SAP (desirable)
• Fluent Russian, fluent Hungarian
• Satisfactory level of English is an additional advantage

Tasks and functions
• Control changes in legislation
• Documents’ preparation for getting licenses, permissions necessary for branch office operations
• Draft / create all legal documents (contracts, instructions, regulations and others) in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law and with internal procedures
• Preparation of complaints
• Representation of organization in courts as well as interaction with government agencies
Requirements:
• Graduated from law faculty of a public or a well-established private university
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a practicing lawyer (power industry, construction)
• Strong knowledge of civil and energy law of Hungary, EU and international agreements
• Good office PC skills
• Fluent English, fluent Hungarian (including legal drafting)
• Satisfactory level of Russian is an additional advantage
