The Integrated Report of JSC NIAEP for the Year 2013 is Acknowledged the Best Practice of Company Strategy Information Disclosure

The annual report of JSC NIAEP for the year 2013 was added to the database of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) as the best practice of disclosure of information on the company strategy.
The integrated report of JSC NIAEP is prepared in compliance with the latest version of the international guidelines on sustainable development reporting Global Reporting Initiative (G4). The main report subjects are strategy and innovation activities, due to both external challenges such as technology trends in power engineering, aspiration of some developing countries for nuclear power industry development, etc., and internal preconditions, namely consideration for the interests of the greatest number of Russian and foreign stakeholders, enhancement of openness and company business transparency.
JSC NIAEP-JSC ASE has been an active participant of the IIRC Pilot program for two years; the specified program is aimed at creation of corporate reporting advanced practices. Over 100 global companies and 50 institutional investors participating in the IIRC Pilot program such as Danone, Deloitte, HSBC, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Volvo, etc., including four Russian companies the State Corporation «Rosatom», JSC NIAEP, JSC NC Rosneft, FC URALSIB support the integrated reporting concept as the leading trend of international corporate reporting.
The program participants consider that integrated reporting facilitates and promotes better understanding of the process of value creation, consolidates relationships with the financial equities providers and makes business more clear for analysts.
IIRC is a global coalition of regulating authorities, investors, companies, standard developers, accountants and accounting companies, and science and production associations (NPO).
