JSC NIAEP has been awarded in five nominations to become the leader of the Nuclear industry rating of annual reports for the fifth time.
The annual report of JSC NIAEP for the year 2013 was declared the winner of three nominations at once: «The best public annual report», «The best practice of cooperation with stakeholders», «The best public reporting system» (the Company shared the first place with JSC “OKBM named after I.I.Afrikantov in the last nomination).
Furthermore, the JSC NIAEP annual report was included in the group of three best reports in the following nominations: «The best level of compliance with international corporate reporting standards» (the second place), «The best electronic/online annual report» (the third place).
The main subjects of the annual report of JSC NIAEP for the year 2013 prepared in compliance with the latest version of the international guidelines on sustainable development reporting Global Reporting Initiative (G4) and the new standard of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) are strategy and innovation activities.

53 companies within the State Corporation “Rosatom” have participated in the contest this year, 20 competitors became finalists.
The State Corporation “Rosatom” holds annual public reporting contest to enhance information openness of nuclear industry companies, to make public reporting systems more perfect and to improve cooperation of nuclear industry companies with stakeholders.
Let us remind that JSC NIAEP report took the first position in the Nuclear industry rating of public annual reports in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
The JSC NIAEP annual report for the year 2013 was given a platinum award of the international contest MarCom Awards in the nomination «Annual reports/Corporation» and stepped into the first place in the corporate transparency rating of the Russian major companies in the nomination «State companies» by results of the annual research conducted by the Russian Regional Network for Integrated Reporting (RRN). And finally, the annual report of JSC NIAEP for the year 2013 was added to the database of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) as the best practice of disclosure of information on the company strategy.
