On October 17th at forum 3D experience, Vyacheslav Alenkov, Deputy Director of Moscow Branch of NIAEP - ASE held a session LiveDemo jointly withDassault Systemes specialists, where he told about innovation technologies of the Russian nuclear engineering company. Vyacheslav Alenkov presented the process of Multi-D modeling of erection works of complex process equipment by the example of NPP 3D-model. During the presentation they performed the scenario of a delayed supply of long-term cycle production equipment (LTCPE). Such the delay may stop activities at the construction site for long months.
Variants of work production at NPP site without LTCPE were modeled with software tool Delmia V6 and, thus, an optimized schedule of project construction was made up. Actually, they managed to eliminate possible delay regarding the terms of work production due to software modeling of the situation.
Vyacheslav Alenkov also demonstrated a modern tool of construction time management – the general schedule. The specified tool based on software Dassault Systemes Enovia and JSC «NIAEP» - CJSC ASE methodology enables to control the whole cycle of project documentation issue, equipment supply and construction and erection works. Furthermore, there is a certain correlation between general 3rd level schedule and schedules of documentation supply, equipment supply and construction, thus, it enables to check automatically non-conformities between the specified schedules and to draw up the corresponding report.
The representative of our company also demonstrated the «week-day task» development tool by the example of the three-dimensional model of Yuzhnouralsk State District Power Station (SDPS). The specified module enables to make up automatically a document for construction site employees containing the general picture of 3D model, detailed specification of work production, pictures of 3D model parts for specific activities and work production schedule. The peculiarity of the specified module is the opportunity to operate with 3D models of different CADs and to perform works for oil and gas, metallurgical, heat power engineering and other projects of capital construction.
