JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE successfully passed the audit of the integrated management system for compliance with the requirements of international standards.
The division confirmed the validity of certificates of compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 " Quality management Systems. Requirements" (no. RU229233Q-U/1, NO. RU229233Q-U/2), ISO 14001: 2015 "Environmental management systems. Requirements and guidelines for application" (no. RU229233E-U/1, NO. RU229233E-U/2) and for the first time received certificates of compliance with the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018 " Occupational health and safety management systems. Requirements and guidelines for their application " (no. RU003297, no. RU003297-001, NO. RU003297-002) replacing the outdated OHSAS 18001 standard.
The Head of the Bureau Veritas group of auditors gave a positive assessment of the activities performed by the Engineering division, highlighting its strengths: "leadership and involvement of management in the development of ISM", "organization of coordinated works to ensure health and safety of employees", "risk-based approach to project management", "systematic work with contractors" and "high competence and responsibility of personnel".
The audit was conducted for the first time in a remote format, which required serious preparation in terms of making conditions for the exchange of audit data and evidence, and holding online meetings. Coordination of actions of all audit participants was carried out by employees of the integrated management system department of JSC ASE EC guided by Mr. Sergey Gushin, QA Director.
