Representatives of Rosatom State Corporation Engineering division participated in the “Rosatom Week” career event that was held for the first time in the State Corporation core educational institution - Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU).
The event was attended by over 1000 students. During the five days, the students got acquainted with the key companies of the nuclear industry, work of modern construction sector, studied the possibilities of employment in the companies of Rosatom.
In the course of the poster session, representatives of the Engineering Division talked about the tasks faced by construction specialists in Atomenergoproekt JSC and Atomstroyexport JSC (part of Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division). Graduates of MGSU industry specific faculties learned about the projects and career opportunities in the division. Over 50 students and graduates filled in questionnaires to participate in the selection for on-the-job training and employment in the companies of the Engineering Division.
“This was the first event of such scale and scope organized by MGSU for arranging interaction between the students and their future employers”, said Konstantin Fokin, chief expert for education and training management of Atomstroyexport JSC - “The students’ interest in the vacancies offered for on-the-job training and employment, their questions about the work conditions and projects of Rosatom and perspectives of work in the industry have once again demonstrated the demand in such events held in universities and their advantages for ASE and Rosatom”.
