The St. Petersburg Branch of Atomenergoproekt has Hosted a Meeting with Winners of the "I am a Professional” All-Russian Olympiad

The St. Petersburg branch of Atomenergoproekt JSC (that belongs to the Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division) has arranged a walking tour with finalists and winners of the "I am a Professional” All-Russian Olympiad being one of the flagship projects of the "Russia is the Land of Opportunity” Presidential platform. The project has been boosted by the Rosatom State Corporation.

Sixteen best students of the specialized universities and areas of study have come to see the virtual NPP unit, get acquainted with the operation of key systems, in particular, circulation pumps and their impact on the NPP operation. Evgeny Obraztsov, Head of the R&D Laboratory, has demonstrated the operation of the NPP virtual unit and answered students' questions.

The students have met with the active members of the Design Institute’s Youth Society, who spoke about the work in the design unit, opportunities of employment, professional career prospects and job openings.

“Since the pandemic restrictions have been dismantled, we are able now to host career events online, as well as invite students of the specialized areas of study to visit us so that the young folk could become better acquainted with the company,” said Konstantin Fokin, chief expert of the ASE JSC Center for Employee Career, Review and Development. “We have been promoting the “I am a Professional" Olympiad for a long time, which tallies over 600 thousand participants, and it is particularly good to realize that its best representatives show interest in the Engineering Division organizations and regard us as future employers.”
