On one of the four MCP, which will ensure the plant’s operation, the removable part of the unit face seals is installed. This operation will be performed at the remaining MCP in the nearest time. The following stage – is installation of electric drives and MCP check in no-load operation.
Besides at present time the vibration test of turbo generator platform is performed, simultaneous preparation for refrigerating machines commissioning is conducted, these machines will secure normal climatic conditions in all buildings and constructions of the plant. Control system of starting-redundant boiler-house is under preparation for carrying out of off-line tests. Pre-commissioning works (without effect on executive mechanisms) on the parts of equipment of technological process automated control system (TP ACS) were fulfilled, particularly – on the instrumentation and control systems of the reactor compartment, ventilation, special water purification and on the automated fire protection system.
JSC “Atomstroyexport” constructs “Busher” NPP Unit № 1 on a turnkey basis in accordance with the Contract as of 8.01.1995 and the Attachment № 1 as of 29.08.1998 on the basis of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran as of August 25, 1992 about cooperation in construction of the nuclear power plant on the territory of Iran.
