The contest was organized by the Russian Risk Management Association (RusRisk) with the support of the Russian Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen. The results were summed up on May 29, 2008. The key goal of the contest is to reveal and summarize the best risk management practices for the development of risk-management in Russia and the CIS, organization of exchange of experience of successful risk management, the formation and maintenance of the specialists’ professional status. The contest consists of seven nominations, both commercial and non-commercial organizations, enterprises and companies and also specialists from different economy sectors took part in the contest. Atomstroyexport presented a concept of insurance coverage of Bushehr NPP project in Iran. The head of the Insurance Division of the Financial Department of the company Ilya Averin received winner’s certificate and a memorial prize on behalf of his company. The victory at the contest “Best Risk Management in Russia and the CIS 2008” bears evidence of a professional approach of Atomstroyexport CJSC in the field of insurance coverage.
