Atomstroyexport JSC completed the vessel lot according to the decision of the 20th Meeting of the Joint Coordination Committee for Kudankulam NPP Construction Project that had taken place on April 25-26, 2008.
Pipelines and valves for completing the systems that participate in spillage on the unsealed reactor, valves and pipelines for auxiliary systems of the reactor plant and hydrotechnical structures, Main Control Room panels, pump equipment, cable, a part of I&C systems, cable metal work were included into the 41st vessel lot.
Delivered equipment shall allow implementing a regular stage of erection and pre-commissioning works at Kudankulam NPP.
Atomstroyexport JSC started supplies in October 2002. Total of 320 546 cubic meters of equipment with a weight of 78 690 tons have been dispatched to the power plant.

Implementing the Intergovernmental Agreement on Kudankulam NPP construction in India, Atomstroyexport JSC has been ensuring realization of NPP construction process since 2002. The following is included into Atomstroyexport JSC scope of obligations as per the signed contracts: development of technical design and working documentation, designer supervision over construction of NPP buildings and structures within a scope of design, delivery of equipment and materials from Russia and third countries, technical support during NPP erection and commissioning, training of operating and maintenance personnel in Russia. The Indian Side carries out civil and erection works at NPP Site.
