The foundation of the Association, in the opinion of its participants, is caused by the necessity of a dialogue between the participants of the branch and the governmental bodies during discussions of prospects of the branch, governmental and legislative initiatives. One of NAEC objectives is to maintain volumes of commissioning of the generating capacities of UES investment program and to realize it completely, preventing the threat of occurrence power deficit in the near future.
