An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC Atomstroyexport (JSC ASE), organization of the ROSATOM State Corporation, has adopted a decision of early termination of the powers of D. M. Belenkiy, President of JSC ASE.
D. M. Belenkiy who acted as President of JSC ASE since December 31, 2008 is appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation.
The Board of Directors of JSC Atomstroyexport has taken a decision to vote A. A. Glukhov Acting President of JSC ASE.
Biography:
Alexander Anatolyevich Glukhov was born on January 24, 1969. In 1994 he graduated from the Moscow State Aviation Institute (State University of Aerospace Technologies) with the specialty «Economics and management in machine building». He held leading positions in industrial and commercial companies. From July 2005 he was Deputy of Director General – Executive Director of OJSC Power Machines and from March 2006 First Vice-president of JSC Atomstroyexport.
