On 23-26th April the management of Song Da Holdings of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is on a working visit to NIAEP

On 23rd April in Nizhny Novgorod in the NIAEP central office a delegation headed by Duong Khanh Toan, Chairman of Song Da Holdings’s Board of Management, will be shown the design capabilities of the leading Russian nuclear engineering company. On 24-25th April the guests will visit the construction site of the Rostov NPP 3 and 4 project, where they will see the company’s construction capabilities, and on the 26th of April they will visit the Moscow branch of the company. A protocol on cooperation will be signed at the end of the working visit. “JSC NIAEP and the holding company ASE will build Ninh Thuan NPP 1 and 2 in Vietnam”, - said Alexander Zonov, deputy chief engineer, head of BCD-4, commenting on the goals of cooperation with the Vietnamese specialists. – It will be the first nuclear facility for Vietnam. So they do not have yet the skills to build facilities of this complexity level. We are ready to share our expertise and to arrange a training center for Vietnamese nuclear builders on the Rostov construction site”.

The merged company JSC NIAEP – JSC Atomstroyexport (ASE) was established in March 2012 by the resolution of the State atomic energy corporation Rosatom. Thus, NIAEP has become a holding company JSC ASE.
