NIAEP-ASE participates in International Forum Atomex-2012

On 12-14 December in Moscow in Pavilion 8 of Expocenter Takes Place International Forum of Nuclear Industry Procurers ATOMEX -2012. Over 120 Companies Participate in it, among them is the Merged Company JSC NIAEP- CJSC Atomstroyexport.
The Forum business agenda includes round tables and subject meetings , where representatives of the leading industry enterprises discussed such issues as optimization of procurers interaction with SC Rosatom enterprises; new procurers engagement; quality enhancement of equipment and materials procured; transparency of purchasing procedures; competition development in procurement etc.
In the words of Sergey Streltsov, Director of Quality management- Head of JSC NIAEP Moscow office, major attention was paid to development of purchasing systems.
“NIAEP-ASE is actively developing the Unified Nomenclature Industry Catalogue of Equipment and Materials of the Russian nuclear engineering enterprises and some foreign countries. The project aim is creation of unified information space for procurers and designers. It will be a unified electronic data base: maximally full, systemized and convenient”- marked out Sergey Streltsov.
Within a subject meeting “ Practical experience in provision and control of equipment quality procured for overseas NPP”, NIAEP-ASE specialists developed the following reports: “ the Unified Nomenclature Industry Catalogue of Equipment and Materials (UNICEM) of the Russian nuclear engineering and foreign enterprises: role of producers and procurers”, “ Construction process of Belorussian NPP (including organization of preparatory works”, “ Practical experience in provision and control of equipment quality procured for overseas NPP” and “ Modern equipment for treatment with SFE and RW”.

The merged company JSC NIAEP – JSC Atomstroyexport (ASE) was established in March 2012 by the resolution of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom. Thus, NIAEP has become a holding company JSC ASE.
