The 3d International Research and Practice Forum Multi-D “Complex Facility Life Cycle Management. Operation Support Tools” is taking place in Moscow on 13th -14th June 2013.
The merged company JSC NIAEP – JSC Atomstroyexport, an enterprise of the State Corporation Rosatom, is the main organizer of the event.
This forum has become a logical continuation of the two previous ones held in 2011 and 2012 in Nizhny Novgorod developing the concept of life cycle management of complex facilities – starting from the design of a future NPP and ending with its decommissioning. In 2011 focus was laid on development of one information space for designing, in 2012 it was development of one information space for construction and the main topic in 2013 is development of one information space for operation of complex facilities.
Over 500 specialists of Russian and foreign companies of nuclear power, construction, oil and gas and other industries that develop life cycle management systems are taking part in the Forum coming from 19 countries of the world.The first day of the forum ended with an official ceremony where diplomas for successful implementation of advanced technologies in the design, construction and operation of complex facilities were granted. Four organizations were awarded with the 3d International Research and Practice Forum Multi-D “Complex Facility Life Cycle Management. Operation Support Tools” Diplomas. "Électricité de France (France) the world's largest NPP operator, supplier of 80 % electricity in France was honored with the diploma for active development of the configuration management technology in nuclear power plant operation".The group company Rosenergoatom was awarded with the diploma for successful application of modern designing technologies during the development of VVER-TOI.VVER-TOI is a new design that can successfully compete on the world market, and is the logical continuation of development of water-cooled water-moderated power reactors.The leaders of the industry took part in development of the VVER TOI design - a standard VVER technology-based project of NPP with optimized and informatized power unit of large capacity. Among them there are such companies as the group company Rosenergoatom, the design office of Rosenergoatom», JSC «Atomenergoproekt» (chief designer), OKB «Gidropress" (chief reactor designer), Kurchatov Institute" (supervisor), JSC «VNIIAES" (architect-engineer, chief DCS designer), and JSC «NIAEP» together with the company «Alstom" (turbine hall designer).Corporation Broad Group (China) received the diploma "For successful application of modular technologies in high-rise construction”. The Chinese Corporation is known for its unique projects when 30-storey buildings are built in 15 days. The company "TechInvestLab.ru" was awarded with the diploma “For popularization and promotion of the system engineering methodology in Russia”, the company being, in its essence, a pioneer of the Russian system engineering.Two more certificates were awarded following the results of work of the VII International Fair of nuclear mechanical engineering, which is part of the forum.Diploma for "For the best production capacity” was awarded to JSC “Atomenergomash”. “For innovation” went to CJSC «Cheboksary electrical equipment plant".

The merged company JSC NIAEP – JSC Atomstroyexport (ASE) was established in March 2012 by the resolution of the State atomic energy corporation Rosatom. Thus, NIAEP has become the managing body of JSC ASE.
The structure of the new consolidated company represents a network of offices in charge of construction projects, including:
- a design institute in Nizhny Novgorod;
- three offices in charge of NPP construction project management (in Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow and St-Petersburg);
- representative offices in 11 countries of Europe and Asia where projects are being executed or planned (Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Vietnam, Iran, India, China, Turkey, Czechia, Slovakia and Ukraine).
Today over 4000 people are working for our company; this figure amounts to over 7000 if the personnel of the subsidiaries is included.
20 projects either being under construction or design are now underway in Russia and abroad.
