Officials from the government and parliament of ARE visited JSC ASE Moscow office.

Delegation of the Arab Republic of Egypt visited JSC ASE Moscow office. The visit was organized upon initiative of Rosatom State Corporation in order to provide the government and ministry officials of Egypt the information on achievements in the Russian nuclear industry, safety and reliability of the Russian nuclear technologies and also, innovative technologies, implemented by ASE Group of companies at the Nuclear Power Plants in Russia and abroad.
The members of the delegation received information on the activities of JSC ASE, its position in the international nuclear industry area as well as on the role of the Russian Federation in this market. JSC ASE specialists demonstrated the functions of Multi-D technology used by ASE for implementation of the Projects on construction of Nuclear Power Plants. Multi-D technology makes it possible to effectively control such parameters as budget, dates and quality. The members of the Egyptian delegation saw an iterative map of the Projects and components of Multi-D technology in the Company marketing center: unified information space and project management methodology. In particular, the stages of development of Multi-D model were demonstrated to the guests, starting with intellectual process engineering up to the digital simulation of civil and erection works on a scale of the general layout of NPP. The guests received the information on the Multi-D technology, that enables to make detailed modeling of NPP construction and erection works based on the virtual 3D model of the complex engineering facility and to optimize certain aspects including schedule, quality, budget at the stage of preparatory works and NPP construction activities. Egyptian specialists were interested in the application of this innovative technology for the construction of the first NPP in Egypt. However, the most important aspect is that ASE demonstrated to the guests not only the technical achievements but also safety and reliability of Russian nuclear technologies in order to facilitate fast commencement of the construction of the first NPP in Egypt. For reference: On 19 November, 2015 in Cairo Russia and Egypt signed Intergovernmental Agreement on cooperation in construction and operation of the first NPP in Egypt based on Russian technologies. The NPP shall be constructed on the Mediterranean sea coast. The countries also signed Intergovernmental Agreement on extension of the Russian state credit for the NPP construction.
