ASE Group of Companies team was among the winners of the TeMP-2017 industry competition

On June 21, 2017, on the sidelines of the Youth Day of the International Forum “Atomexpo-2017”, the Super Final of the VII Young Professionals Competition TeMP -2017 was held, aimed at attracting talented young people to the nuclear industry.
10 teams, two of which represented ASE Group of Companies, secured a place in the Super Final. The projects were evaluated by the judging panel chaired by Alexey Likhachev, Director General of Rosatom.
Hence, one of four winners was recognized a team of young specialists from JSC ASE EC BKP-2 (Comprehensive Design Bereau) with the project “Decreasing time frames and cost of construction of temporary roads at the NPP construction sites”. The team consisted of: Evgeniy Shunakov (team captain), Alexander Smirnov, Roman Martinov and Andrey Paramonov.
Moreover, the project “System of monitoring over NPP components using RFID-tags at all life cycle stages” of the team of JSC ASE EC young specialist consisting of Anna Karpesh, Engineer of the Division for Construction and Erection Works Modeling (team captain), Andrey Shegurov, BKP-1 Engineer, Natalya Skobeleva, Engineer of the Design Manufacturing Improvement Division, Viktor Korolev, BKP-1 Engineer and Pavel Arsenov, BKP-1 Engineer, has been acknowledged as one of the perspective projects and taken under personal supervision of Kirill Komarov, Rosatom’s First Deputy Director General for Development and International Business.
According to Alexey Likhachev, the main topic of the competition is the search of ideas for business projects in accordance with Rosatom’s strategic priorities, namely: launching of new products, increasing of share on the international market and reducing of processes cost and time. “Each and every project presented today has an actual chance to be implemented in the industry, that is, these are the start-ups that deserve to get financial support. The participants sensed main technological trends and represented them in their projects,” the Head of Roastom noted.
Upon the decision of the judging panel, all the participants of the Super Final have been enlisted in the industry candidates pool and they will be able to complete an educational course, on their own option, in the Rosatom Corporate Academy. Moreover, four winner teams, among which ASE Group of Companies team is, have been awarded with a guided study tour to Atomflot.
“Both projects presented by our participants are of great current interest and creatively different. Their content completely corresponds to the competition logo “Take a Step towards the Future”. It is important that during three months of preparation team fellows have become united teams and showed desirable will to win. They improved their positions in rating significantly in the Super Final and became the first. I congratulate them on winning and wish that their projects would be implemented under the direction of highly reputed supervisors,” Oksana Nazarova, Director for Personnel and Organization Development of JSC ASE EC pointed out.
