An agreement provides for joint activities on establishment of a unified digital space for RF industry by means of joint development and promotion of two information platforms: SIS Industry and Multi-D Market.
The following issues shall be addressed within the scope of the Agreement: methodological and process issues on establishment and filling-in of the unified industry product catalogue of RF, platform integration, implementation of best practices in the field of NPP construction to web-applications for Russian companies, joint involvement of users (industrial entities) into the unified information space and laying the groundwork for digital economy.
Ivan Borisov, Senior Vice President Vice-President for Development of ASE Group of Companies, pointed out that: “On XXI St. Peterburg International Economic Forum Vladimir Putin said that “digital economy” establishes a new paradigm for development of the country, economy and the whole society. It is the state industry information system developed by the MIT IDF and currently implemented as a “single window” for obtaining of reports of industrial entities that enables to take a quantum leap in the implementation of this state plan. We are ready to offer our own design and engineering competencies, to flesh out this idea, particularly, by means of our engineering catalogue. The agreement provides for the possibility to declare our own level of competence in generation of engineering catalogues on the federal level, to expand client base for Multi-D Market platform, to take active part in establishment of information exchange standards on the federal level. In its turn, the Industrial Development Fundshall be able to expand the scope of industrial enterprises, to enhance SIIS functionality with Multi-D platform based applications. It should be mentioned that this innovative management system for complex engineering facilities construction projects not only enables Rosatom to be competitive on the world market, but also to have a strong lead on this market”.
According to Vladimir Raspopov, Deputy Director of MIT IDF, “The experience of ASE Group of Companies in filling-in of product catalogue and the competence of building-up of cooperation ties for process engineering of unique technical solutions are of great importance to the IDF.”
