ASE Engineering company received an International certificate of class 4 competences based on IPMA-Delta model

On the 14th of May, first day of ATOMEXPO-2018 Forum an official ceremony was held and JSC ASE EC (managing company of ASE Group of Companies - Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division) received an International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certificate of 4th class of competence in management of projects, programs, portfolio based on IPMA-DELTA model.
Reinhard Wagner, Chairman of the Council of Delegates of International Project Management Association submitted the certificate to Mr. Valery Limarenko, President of ASE Group of Companies and noted that JSC ASE EC is the first Russian company that confirmed compliance with the 4th class of competence.
“Two years ago, while submitting the certificate of 3rd class of competence based on IPMA-Delta model, accessors noted that this is one of the best results in the international practice of obtaining Delta-certificates”. “Even that time JSC ASE EC was very close to the 4th class of competence and this has been confirmed today,” - pointed out Reinhard Wagner. “Leadership in the field of Project management considerably strengthens the competitive advantages of Rosatom Engineering Division, primarily in such important trends as change management and digitalization”.
In the process of certification, the international assessors evaluated current state of the Project management at Novovoronezh NPP site and companies of Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division.

The certification performed based on IPMA-Delta model is one of the stages in development of a strategic partnership between SOVNET, the National Project Management Association (representative of IPMA in Russia) and JSC AS EC. The companies decided to combine efforts for the development of Project management activities in such a specific sphere as complex engineering facilities life cycle management.
Road map on development of Project management activities in 2018-2021 in Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division was signed in the course of the Forum.
The road map was signed by Mr. Valery Limarenko, President of ASE Group of Companies and Mr. Alexander Tobv, President of SOVNET Project Management Association.
Cooperation entails development of professional standards, preparation for the certification of the Engineering Division’s personnel, mutual work and participation in IPMA activities.
