Alexander Lokshin, First Deputy General Director for Operational Management of Rosatom State Corporation, ASE EC JSC President, speaking about importance of the professional skills contests, noted: “I am confident that the contests that are held within the framework of AtomSkills is an option for advanced vocational training for the industry employees. The wider is the circle of competitive competences, the more participants will be, as well as at the qualification stages, the more active, ambitious, highly skilled professionals we will have”.
The similar opinion was expressed also by Natalia Shafalovich, ASE EC JSC Vice President for Personnel and Internal Communications. As she said, the Division faces very complicated and challenging tasks in NPP construction abroad. “For their solving we need talented leaders. And Atomskills is one of the sites, where the real leaders have an opportunity to show themselves, where they can not only work in the team but shall be able to create the high-efficient team acting in very strict timeframes”, — she emphasized. “We compete today with ourselves of the past, every year we increase the results, in the number of the participants within the framework of Worldskills movement. Our task is to launch ‘the chain reaction’ of enhancement of professional improvement prestige”, — ASE EC JSC Vice President summarized.
