On-line youth conference for promoting the best practices in
project management “Youth Project Management Conference-2020” (YPMC-2020) will be
held on
24
September. The event that has been organized by
ASE EC
JSC, jointly with SOVNET national project management association, will be
conducted for the fifth time.
Representatives of Rosatom State Corporation companies have been invited to participate in the conference, companies from other industries, the leading IT-companies of Nizhny Novgorod region, students from Nizhny Novgorod universities who have decided to connect their careers with the nuclear industry.
The conference will be held within the framework of an open on-line form “Project management practices in the digital age” that is related to the preparation of the 32rd World IPMA Congress which will take place in St. Petersburg in September 2021.
The participation in the form and in the Youth Conference is free, in on-line format from 21 to 24 September, at 11.00 — 13.00 Moscow time.

For reference: The following subjects will be discussed in the on-line forum “Project management practices in the digital age” evolution of methods of project-oriented management under the conditions of strong external turbulence, current projects, programs and portfolios implemented in the environment with a high level of uncertainty; examples of successful project implementation using up-to-date intelligent assistants and the possibility of using neuronets in project management and establishing man-machine project teams; new approaches to development of project specialists’ competences, project motivation system, career management; getting to know which competences should be developed by project managers today not to lose in competition tomorrow; up-to-date tendencies, hypotheses and research in the field of “urgent” projects management; challenging issues of development and combination of classical and flexible approaches, their application in project management in an unstable environment.
Within the framework of the YPMC-2020 conference, on 24th September at 13-30 — 15.00 Moscow time, a business role-playing game “Right Solutions” will be organized whose aim is the identification of differences in the efficiency of individual and team decision making as well as pros and cons of various strategies of project leadership.
