ASE EC JSC, JSC ASE, JSC Atomenergoproekt and JSC ATOMPROEKT (companies of Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division) demonstrated a successful implementation of Unified Integrated Management System (IMS) complying with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
This is an important step in the implementation of unified management system in the Engineering Division aimed at ensuring coordination and consistency of the activities in the companies of the division and at achieving common goals, their priorities being the quality and the safety of the constructed NPPs.
Certification Association “Russian Register” which has performed the audit has issued a common compliance certificate No 21.0361.026 dated 15.03.2021 and separated certificates for each of the four companies that have been audited.
Auditors of the “Russian Register” pointed out the advantages of IMS such as maintenance of a stable internal corporate environment, functioning of knowledge management system, participation of top management in maintaining and development of integrated management system.
Upon the results of the audit, the auditors came to the conclusion that the current integrated management system is efficient and compliant with international ISO standards and the requirements of certification system of Rosatom State Corporation ROSATOMREGISTER.
The audit was performed in a combined face-to-face and remote mode in the form of an open dialogue between the divisions and representatives of the certification body. In spite of the difficulties of such mode, all the participants demonstrated high professionalism and promptly provided the requested information about the functioning of the system.
The works related to organization of the audit and support of the audited divisions were carried out by specialists of Integrated System Management Division of ASE EC JSC headed by Sergey Guschin, Director for Quality, in charge of development of ISM in the Engineering Division.
