Atomenergoproekt JSC (part of Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division) was co-organizer of PROresources conference jointly with RF Government Analytical Center and SOVNET Project Management Association.
The event that was held in RF Government Analytical Center was attended by over 200 representatives of major Russian Companies among which were Gazprom Design LLC, Gazstroyprom JSC, RusHydro PJSC, Hydroproekt Institute JSC, EURAZ LLC, NIIAS RZD JSC, Sber, PMSOFT Group of Companies and other.
The participants were welcomed by Anastasiya Permyakova, Deputy Head of Analytical Center, and Dmitry Paramonov, First Deputy General Director of Atomenergoproekt JSC - Director for Quality and Process-Based Management.
The participants discussed the methods and approaches to resources management in modern industrial construction and methods of knowledge and competence management. The experts pointed out that information, knowledge and competence are now becoming the most important resources which technical specialists must possess. In their opinion, industrial digitalization requires the development of technologies, which, among other things, make it possible to efficiently and correctly plan the labor costs and personnel training.
Alexey Barinov, Director for Resource Management and Production Efficiency of Atomenergoproekt JSC, spoke about the comprehensive design management system on the basis of import-independent IS Planner platform that is used in Atomenergoproekt. The system operates on the basis of one-stop principle, it shows the dynamics of the use of resources, including human resources, and allows to estimate at any moment the sufficiency of resources in the company for fulfillment of the current tasks. Labor intensity is regulated for determining the labor costs, and these data are open for all the employees.
Alexey Agafonov, Director for Support and Development of Design Production of Atomenergoproekt JSC, spoke about “School of design engineers”. The school trains teams which will be involved in the construction of complex facilities. “Our projects are very complicated, that is why it is important that all the participants of the process, not only design engineers, but also procurement, construction and other specialists should be guided by the same rules. An individual training plan is prepared for each employee that is aimed at development of technical skills.
