Representatives of the Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division are taking part in the XXIX International Information and Communication Technologies Forum TIBO – 2023 being held in Minsk (the Republic of Belarus) on April 18-21.
TIBO – 2023 is the biggest international exhibition event of Belarus in the field of information and communication technologies, which is traditionally attended by representatives of the state authorities, research and educational institutions, the largest manufacturers of telecommunication equipment, hardware and software, operator companies of mobile and fixed-line telecoms, developers and suppliers of high-tech products, security systems, smart solutions and services for the mass market and B2B.
Within TIBO-2023, the III Digital Economy Forum (DEF) will be held, which thematic areas are actively attended every year by employees of the Rosatom Engineering Division. Particularly, Alexey Barinov, Atomenergoproekt JSC Director for Resource Management and Operational Efficiency, will be a presenter in the area “Smart Energy: Digital Transformation of Power, Petrochemical and Gas Industries” that is supervised, among others, by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Belarus. His presentation “History and Problematics of Development and Implementation of the Design Management Integrated System Based on Planner IS Platform” focuses on the description of methodology and tools of the system application, history of its development and specifics of working in the system.
In his turn, Alexey Agafonov, Atomenergoproekt JSC Director for Support and Development of Design Production, will give a speech for the thematic area “E-Construction: Buildings/Structures Lifecycle Management Based on BIM-Technologies”. “The digitalization became objective reality for all of us long ago. And global advantages on the international market will depend on our pace of embracing new technologies. It is essential for us to demonstrate our knowledge and capacities in this field at the international forum in order to gain new partners and outline new ways of development”, Alexey Agafonov said.
The RF Government and large Russian companies pay a lot of attention to the development of digital economy and the required IT-infrastructure. The conditions provided for appearance and accelerated implementation of state-of-the-art technologies will allow creating the Russian software within the programs of achieving the technical independence in the digital field. Rosatom and its enterprises are taking an active part in this work.
