The Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) has issued a certificate of state registration of the Electronic Register computer program to Atomenergoproekt JSC (a part of the Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division).

This software was created by Atomenergoproekt JSC specialists for automation of exchange of correspondence in hard copy between the company’s sites and branches.

The team of Atomenergoproekt’s Documentation Support Department took part in the creation and development of the system jointly with developers of the software code. “Currently, the program allows any employee of our company to issue a package of documents to be forwarded to another area “by two clicks” in a comfortable interface, and then to trace the package movements, obtaining information on the documents status and location. All of this reduces the costs of processing the forwarded documentation significantly”, notes Ekaterina Sandina, the head of Documentation Support Department of Atomenergoproekt JSC.

The certificate received from Rospatent confirms the exclusive right of Atomenergoproekt JSC to this program, which ensures legal protection from unauthorized copying, installation, reproduction and other illegal use thereof. In addition, registration of the program with Rospatent is a mandatory condition for its entry into the Register of Russian Software of the Ministry of Communications.

The RF Government and large Russian companies pay a lot of attention to the development of digital economy and the required IT-infrastructure. The conditions provided for appearance and accelerated implementation of state-of-the-art technologies will allow creating the Russian software within the programs of achieving the technical independence in the digital field. Rosatom and its enterprises are taking an active part in this work.
