The representatives of Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division held an offsite career event for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as for the academic teaching staff of Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU). Over 50 persons took part in the event.
At the meeting, ASE JSC employees spoke about the system of working with universities, students and the youth in Rosatom State Corporation and the Division, about activities of the Youth Society, scientific, educational, sports and volunteer activities, career opportunities, requirements for professional training of applicants, software products, knowledge of which will give an advantage for employment, and answered questions from the students.
Within the round table, the representatives of Engineering Division and the management of SPbGASU Division for Educational Work and Career Center outlined the prospects for further cooperation and scheduled a range of career events for students and teachers.

Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU) was established in 1832. It provides training under a range of programs, including degrees in construction, specific for the Engineering Division, such as “Construction of unique buildings and structures”, “Industrial construction and civil engineering”, “Hydraulic engineering”. Cooperation between the Division and SPbGASU dates back over 10 years, however, in-person gatherings have not been held at the university since 2020 due to the pandemic restrictions.

The Engineering Division ranks first in the world by the order portfolio and the number of NPPs constructed simultaneously across the world. The RF Government and large Russian companies pay great attention to systematic work to unlock the potential of students and young employees. Rosatom and its enterprises participate in starting specialized industrial chairs in Russian universities, to implement scholarship support programs and major educational projects, arrange internships and on-the-job training for students and their subsequent employment.
