The Engineering Division of Rosatom State Corporation has won the eighth "1C: Project of the Year" corporate automation competition in the "Regional Projects. Asia" nomination.
More than 300 projects took part in the competition. The Engineering Division has presented the “Employee’s Digital Certificate”, created on the basis of the import phase-out digital product 1C: ZUP CORP, which helps automate personnel records and payroll for 20,000 employees of Atomstroyexport JSC (belonging to the Rosatom Engineering Division) during the construction of the Rooppur NPP in the People's Republic of Bangladesh (PRB).
The system was launched into commercial operation in 2022 as a mobile application in Russian, Bengali and English, designed to manage staff information, provide convenient access to personal data and documents via a mobile device, have feedback from the HR department, plan vacations, and receive pay statements. This is an import phase-out digital solution that allows improving the efficiency of personnel management at construction sites and providing prompt access to the necessary personnel information.
"The system has become a real lifesaver for us," says Natalia Peil, Head of the HR and Legalization Department of the ASE JSC Branch in the People's Republic of Bangladesh. "Our colleagues from the IT Unit of the Engineering Division were able to create a convenient functionality for us to calculate income tax, its deduction from the salaries of employees who are citizens of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, develop reporting forms according to the requirements of the local legislation, as well as establish a unit providing visa support for those employees who are not citizens of Bangladesh."
This project took the bronze of the “Rosatom Person of Year 2023” award in the “Reliable Support” nomination.
