A selected team of Rosatom State Corporation Engineering Division has become the winner of the XIII Nuclear Industry Cup that was hosted in Dolgoprudny, Moscow region, on September 21.
The Nuclear Industry Cup is held annually in anticipation of a professional holiday of nuclear experts. In 2024, 23 teams from industry enterprises took part in the event, including more than 700 athletes. The competition was in thirteen sports: futsal, volleyball, swimming, track and field athletics, tug of war, kettlebell sport, table tennis, darts, crossfit, chess, checkers, laser tag and a family relay race.
The Engineering Division’s team became a winner of the team medal ranking, winning gold medals in kettlebell sport, women’s table tennis, men’s darts, relay race, women’s swimming and men’s crossfit. Our sports people won silver in volleyball, women’s table tennis, women’s swimming, men’s crossfit and checkers, while bronze was awarded to our team in kettlebell sport, women’s darts and women’s track and field.
The team of TITAN-2 JSC won the second place in the Nuclear Industry Cup and the team of RFNC-VNIIEF - Yu. E. Sedakov NIIIS came third.
