The Engineering Division is striving to ensure guarantees of high quality, reliability and safety of manufactured products and rendered services, to meet all requirements and expectations of the Client (Customer) and requirements established by the Russian and international safety norms and rules for nuclear facilities, to develop enterprises with regard to the global market trends.
The current Integrated Management System (hereinafter referred to as IMS) is common for two companies of the Division: JSC ASE EC and JSC Atomstroyexport (JSC ASE).
The IMS of these companies is a single platform for the implementation of processes and organizational measures necessary to fulfill JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE objectives, including assurance of quality, occupational safety, health and environment management, protection of personnel and population, economic aspects, which, as a whole, provides an opportunity to effectively implement the Policy in the field of quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety of JSC ASE EC, JSC ASE, JSC Atomenergoproekt and JSC ATOMPROEKT, thus enabling to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner, to identify and eliminate the causes of inconsistencies in the activities of JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE.
The scope of JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE IMS: management of nuclear power plants, nuclear installations, thermal power, hydro-technical facilities construction, reconstruction, modernization, including research and development, design and engineering, engineering and survey works, procurement activities, the activity related to supply of materials and equipment, management of equipment manufacture, construction and erection, pre-commissioning works, commissioning, warranty operation, foreign Customer’s personnel training, as well as carrying out necessary export-import operations at all construction stages of nuclear facilities and other industrial- and
The IMS of JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE has been developed, documented, certified and is functioning in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 1800 international standards taking into account legislative and regulatory requirements valid in the atomic industry, as well as IAEA safety standards recommendations.
The top management of JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE adopted the Policy, which proclaimed strategic goals, principles and activities in the field of quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and included commitments to continuously improve the IMS performance.
The developed Policy is aimed at meeting the Customer’s requirements, continuous improvement of the quality of work performed and the IMS of JSC ASE and JSC ASE EC.
The Policy implementation is carried out through the adoption of goals related to quality, ecology, occupational health and safety, as well as the implementation of programs to achieve them.
The existing Integrated Management System of JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE serves to assure all the parties concerned the fulfillment of their requirements.
The definition of the Engineering Division stakeholders, as well as the requirements for the organization of communications between companies’ subdivisions, as well as external organizations, the public, the media and other stakeholders relevant within the IMS, are established in corporate standards.
The integration of management systems is based on a unified for JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE Policy, a unified IMS guide, unified documentation regulating the process activity of JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE, a consolidated establishment of Goals related to quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, unified approaches to conducting internal and external audits, a unified analysis of management systems on the part of the top management.
The Quality Management is an integral part of the IMS and covers all types of activities and processes of JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE, which have or can have an influence and impact on the quality of the products to be manufactured and services to be provided.
The Environmental Management is an integral part of the IMS and covers all types of activities and processes of JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE, including the ones given to outsourcing, which have or can have an influence and impact on the environment within the scope of IMS application. The processes (works) to be given by JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE to outsourcing refer to design and survey works, construction and erection works, pre-commissioning activities.
The Occupational Safety Management is an integral part of the IMS and covers all types of activities and processes of JSC ASE EC and JSC ASE, which have or can have an influence and impact on the occupational safety within the scope of IMS application.
